Organic Meat Orders

Ferme du Zéphyr purchases and resells organic meat from various farms throughout Quebec.

We purchase beef, pork and charcuterie from Ferme Rheintal (St-Monique, QC), and chicken, pork and charcuterie from Les Viandes Biologiques de Charlevoix (Baie St-Paul, QC). Ferme Stairsholme, located in Hemmingford, QC, offers pasture-raised beef and duck.

If you wish to purchase organic meat it can be pre-ordered from Ferme du Zéphyr using our Feedback form or purchased on CSA delivery share day in the NDG district of Montreal. All the meat is delivered frozen.
