Spinach, Radicchio and Radish Salad

2 cups (500 mL) torn Boston or Bibb lettuce
2 cups (500 mL) baby spinach
1 cup (250 mL) torn radicchio leaves
4 radishes, thinly sliced
2 tbsp (25 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
4 tsp (20 mL) tarragon or white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
Pinch granulated sugar

In salad bowl, toss together lettuce, spinach, radicchio and radishes.

Whisk together oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar; pour over greens and toss to coat.
